Can I return my products?

The return process begins by registering your return. You can easily select which products you would like to return using our return form.

Please make sure that the products to be returned meet the return conditions.

You will have plenty of time to reconsider your purchase. You can return your order free of charge using our returns form.

Make sure your return meets these conditions:

You can make a return up to 14 days after placing your order.
Cosmetic products and underwear can only be returned if they have not been opened. Clothing items must still have the tags attached and cannot have been worn or washed.
You must return your products in an undamaged package (preferably in the original bag you received them in).
For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge you a fee for the damage.
You must also return the gift you received if you are returning the entire order. Otherwise, we will charge you the price of the gift at the time of purchase when we refund you the amount of the return.
Tip: always keep your shipping confirmation until we have fully processed your return.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to the products you have received. You can make returns thanks to the right of cancellation.
